Detailed Job Responsibilities
- Manage overall store operations including sales, inventory, staff supervision, and customer service.
- Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining profitability.
- Supervise store staff, assign duties, monitor performance, and provide training and motivation.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels, handle stock replenishment, and prevent losses or shrinkage.
- Ensure attractive visual merchandising and proper product placement to enhance customer experience.
- Handle customer complaints, returns, and service issues professionally.
- Monitor cash handling, billing accuracy, and store security procedures.
- Prepare sales reports, inventory reports, and performance summaries for management.
- Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams for timely stock availability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
- Implement promotional activities and local marketing initiatives.
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and operational efficiency in the store.
