HR Generalist (Human Resources / Corporate Sector)

Detailed Job Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including manpower planning, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions.
  • Handle employee onboarding and induction processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, attendance, and HR databases in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Administer payroll coordination, leave management, and employee benefit programs in collaboration with finance teams.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal HR policies including ESI, PF, gratuity, and workplace regulations.
  • Address employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution in a fair and professional manner.
  • Support performance management processes including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and skill development activities to improve workforce productivity.
  • Advise management on HR policies, workforce planning, and organizational development strategies.
  • Conduct exit interviews, manage full-and-final settlements, and analyze attrition trends.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and ensure adherence to ethical standards.
  • Prepare HR reports, MIS data, and dashboards for management review.
