Detailed Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including manpower planning, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions.
- Handle employee onboarding and induction processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, attendance, and HR databases in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Administer payroll coordination, leave management, and employee benefit programs in collaboration with finance teams.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal HR policies including ESI, PF, gratuity, and workplace regulations.
- Address employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution in a fair and professional manner.
- Support performance management processes including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and skill development activities to improve workforce productivity.
- Advise management on HR policies, workforce planning, and organizational development strategies.
- Conduct exit interviews, manage full-and-final settlements, and analyze attrition trends.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and ensure adherence to ethical standards.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS data, and dashboards for management review.
