Civil Site Engineer (Construction / Real Estate Sector)

Detailed Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities at project sites to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and consultants to maintain smooth project execution.
• Monitor material usage, quality standards, and workmanship to avoid wastage and rework.
• Conduct site inspections, measurements, and quality checks for civil works including RCC, masonry, finishing, and infrastructure.
• Ensure adherence to safety norms, labor regulations, and environmental guidelines at construction sites.
• Prepare daily progress reports, work schedules, and site documentation for management review.
• Manage site manpower, resolve on-site issues, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Verify bills, quantities, and work completion certificates submitted by contractors.
• Coordinate with procurement teams for timely availability of construction materials.
• Identify construction risks, delays, or technical challenges and suggest corrective actions.
• Maintain proper site records, drawings, and compliance documentation.
• Support project handover, snag list closure, and final inspections.
