Aircraft Maintenance Technician (Aviation / Defence Sector)

Location: Nashik (Ozar / Industrial & Defence Zones)

Detailed Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on aircraft, engines, avionics systems, and related components as per approved technical manuals.
• Inspect aircraft systems thoroughly to identify defects, wear, or malfunctions and take corrective action in compliance with safety standards.
• Carry out troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and avionics systems to ensure airworthiness.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service records, and technical documentation as required by aviation authorities.
• Ensure strict compliance with aviation safety regulations, quality standards, and operational procedures.
• Assist senior engineers during major overhauls, inspections, and component replacements.
• Use specialized tools, equipment, and diagnostic instruments correctly and safely.
• Coordinate with planning and quality departments to meet maintenance schedules and turnaround times.
• Follow workplace safety practices and ensure proper handling of hazardous materials.
• Participate in technical training, certification updates, and skill enhancement programs.
• Support audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Maintain discipline, confidentiality, and high professional standards in defence-related environments.
