Detailed Job Responsibilities

• Operate high-security printing machines used for currency notes, stamps, certificates, or other confidential documents.
• Monitor printing processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of printed materials.
• Follow strict security protocols, access controls, and documentation procedures at all times.
• Conduct routine machine checks, cleaning, and basic maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify printing defects such as alignment issues, color variations, or paper faults and take corrective action.
• Maintain production records, batch details, and quality logs as per regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with supervisors and quality teams to meet production targets.
• Ensure safe handling, storage, and disposal of sensitive printed materials.
• Adhere to workplace safety standards and equipment operating guidelines.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all printed materials.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance printing efficiency and quality.
