Detailed Job Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons for higher secondary students in accordance with the prescribed academic curriculum and board guidelines.
• Develop detailed lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessment strategies to ensure effective learning outcomes.
• Conduct classroom teaching, practical sessions, and laboratory work where applicable.
• Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, projects, and examinations.
• Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and doubt-clearing support to students.
• Maintain accurate academic records, attendance registers, and student progress reports.
• Prepare students for board examinations, competitive exams, and higher education pathways.
• Participate in curriculum development, syllabus planning, and academic meetings.
• Coordinate with parents, school management, and academic coordinators to address student progress and concerns.
• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in classrooms.
• Participate in co-curricular and extracurricular activities, seminars, and workshops.
• Continuously update subject knowledge and adopt innovative teaching methodologies.
