Detailed Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective bank customers.
• Promote banking products such as savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment solutions.
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking products.
• Achieve sales targets related to deposits, loans, and cross-selling products.
• Handle customer queries, service requests, and complaints professionally.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, KYC norms, and internal policies.
• Assist in documentation, verification, and processing of loan and account opening requests.
• Monitor account performance and follow up on repayments and renewals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records and MIS reports.
• Participate in local marketing activities, events, and branch promotions.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with customers.
