Detailed Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective bank customers.
- Promote banking products such as savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment solutions.
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking products.
- Achieve sales targets related to deposits, loans, and cross-selling products.
- Handle customer queries, service requests, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, KYC norms, and internal policies.
- Assist in documentation, verification, and processing of loan and account opening requests.
- Monitor account performance and follow up on repayments and renewals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records and MIS reports.
- Participate in local marketing activities, events, and branch promotions.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with customers.
