Detailed Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote pharmaceutical products, medical devices, or healthcare solutions within Nashik city and surrounding territories.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare institutions.
- Conduct regular field visits to meet healthcare professionals, explain product benefits, provide samples, and address queries or concerns.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while ensuring ethical sales practices and compliance with company policies.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Plan and implement promotional activities such as product launches, medical camps, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), and conferences.
- Train and guide medical representatives or junior sales staff, monitor their performance, and support them in achieving targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales calls, orders, collections, and customer interactions using CRM tools or manual reports.
- Coordinate with supply chain and distribution teams to ensure timely availability of products in the market.
- Handle customer complaints, resolve issues related to supply or product quality, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance updates for senior management.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, company ethics, and healthcare compliance standards.
