Detailed Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote pharmaceutical products, medical devices, or healthcare solutions within Nashik city and surrounding territories.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare institutions.
  • Conduct regular field visits to meet healthcare professionals, explain product benefits, provide samples, and address queries or concerns.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while ensuring ethical sales practices and compliance with company policies.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
  • Plan and implement promotional activities such as product launches, medical camps, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), and conferences.
  • Train and guide medical representatives or junior sales staff, monitor their performance, and support them in achieving targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales calls, orders, collections, and customer interactions using CRM tools or manual reports.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and distribution teams to ensure timely availability of products in the market.
  • Handle customer complaints, resolve issues related to supply or product quality, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance updates for senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, company ethics, and healthcare compliance standards.
