Detailed Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complete web applications by working on both frontend and backend components, ensuring seamless integration between user interfaces, server logic, and databases.
• Translate business requirements and functional specifications into scalable, efficient, and secure technical solutions suitable for real-world use by clients across manufacturing, healthcare, education, and retail sectors in Nashik.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces that work smoothly across devices, browsers, and screen sizes, ensuring optimal user experience and accessibility.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and server-side logic to handle application workflows, data processing, authentication, and authorization securely.
• Design, manage, and optimize databases to ensure data accuracy, integrity, performance, and scalability as application usage grows.
• Collaborate closely with designers, QA engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver features within timelines and quality standards.
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis of technical issues reported by users or identified during testing and production monitoring.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices, coding standards, and version control workflows.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and security while also mentoring junior developers when required.
• Implement application security measures to protect user data, prevent vulnerabilities, and comply with data protection standards.
• Support deployment activities, monitor live applications, and provide post-deployment technical support and enhancements.
• Continuously upgrade skills and adopt new technologies, frameworks, and tools that improve development efficiency and product quality.
